beatassist released Iorwave, a VST synth for Windows that allows you to draw your own waveforms!

The plugin is divided in 2 mini-synths with Phase Distortion oscillators. Each of these mini-synths has 2 waveshapers where you can draw waveforms with 3 interpolation types and morphing control.
Each of the mini-synths also has 3 envelopes, 2 filters, stereo delay and chorus. There is a master reverb, master octave stepper and trancegate with 16 steps.
