Freeware-Slicer fx_cutter

There’s has been released a new VST- freeware-slicer „fx_cutter“ by the Norwegian developer Tor-Helge Skei. You can change the number of slices and looping bits and the playback speed as well.It’s an amazing tool to create experimental fragments randomly, so we recommend to create many different takes when you record something, and after doing that you select the best parts of your recordings and save them, cause it’s not possible to recreate them.
